POLITICAL LEADERSHIP

Dr. Okoi ran for public office in 2019 as a candidate of the New Democratic Party representing the Springfield-Ritchot Constituency at the Legislative Assembly of Manitoba. He lost to the Progressive Conservatives candidate Ron Schuler.

COMMUNITY SERVICE

Okoi co-founded Yakurr in Diaspora in 2009, and wrote The Dallas Accord that gave philosophical footing to the dream.

Dr. Okoi champions leadership platforms that inspire young people to emerge as global citizens.
